These forms of meditation are extremely powerful and easy to perform. Don’t feel like you need some prior experience, just come along and enjoy the effects of powerful meditation techniques and sound vibrations to soothe your mind and take away all your worries. Your first step to meditation is to turn up, the just keep coming.
Each session will be guided by one of our experienced practitioners to create a serene & relaxed space for all who attend.
From 6 till 7.30pm – accompanied by a delicious vegetarian dinner. Only $8
