Auckland Yoga Classes

The Loft provides a range of yoga classes from Monday to Thursday starting at 6 till 7.30pm, followed by a free pure vegetarian meal

 

Monday – with Kasi

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A powerful ashtanga vinyasa experience with a focus on movement and breath. Totally energising & purifying. You will feel like a new person once you have rebalanced after the deep relaxation finale. Great for all levels.

Tuesday – with Danielle

Vinyasa Flow

Experience & learn how to focus on ‘breath awareness’ with movement. Expect to stretch and strengthen the body to leave you  feeling energised and simultaneously relaxed. Great for all levels including beginners.

Wednesday – with Gitavali

Hatha yoga

An experience focusing on relieving the body of tension. A perfect mid-week experience to relax and rebalance. It is a moderate class, ideal for the first timer, however, this is a very popular class for the well seasoned yogis too.

Thursday – with Dina 

Hatha Flow + Core Strengthening

This style of yoga is fluid, powerful and really beautiful. You will learn how to move from the core of your body, flowing in and out of each pose within creative and powerful sequences. This class is beginner and intermediate level with a definite challenge even for the intermediates.

Remember! All yoga classes start are 6pm to 7.30pm followed by a delicious Pure Vegetarian meal.

ALSO, we can cater for gluten free and dairy free as long as we are notified in advance on the day. To come for dinner without attending the yoga class please let us know by 4pm on the day.
